What is your jewellery made from?

All of our jewellery is made from stainless steel. It’s durable, waterproof and designed to be worn and enjoyed every day. Although our jewellery is made with high quality materials, we recommend avoiding spraying perfume, body sprays or other products directly onto your jewellery. This will help keep your pieces looking their best for longer.

How should I care for my jewellery?

Our jewellery is made for everyday wear, but we recommend keeping perfume and other beauty products away from your pieces where possible. When you're not wearing your jewellery, you can store it safely in its packaging.

How long does delivery take?

Please allow approximately 2 weeks for your order to arrive. Items will be delivered in this timeframe.  If I am going on holiday or will be away from the business, I will contact you when your order is placed to let you know about any changes to the delivery time.

Do you offer international delivery?

At the moment, I only offer UK delivery and do not offer international shipping.

Do you offer returns or refunds?

I do not offer returns or refunds unless your item arrives damaged.If your jewellery arrives damaged, please get in touch as soon as possible with details of the issue. I'll be happy to look into it and help resolve the problem.

Yes! If you'd like to cancel your order, please email me as soon as possible and I'll let you know what I can do.

Do you offer gift wrapping?

I don't offer separate gift wrapping, but all orders come beautifully packaged and are ready to make a lovely gift.If you're ordering jewellery for someone else, please let me know in the order comments and leave a note you'd like included for them.
