Orders from Crown Jewellery typically take around 2 weeks to arrive. Delivery times may vary slightly due to courier delays or circumstances outside our control.
Please make sure your delivery address is correct when placing your order.
 
Returns & Refunds
We do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind. If your jewellery arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us at crownjewellery.studio@gmail.com as soon as possible after receiving your order. Please include your order number and photographs of the damage.
If the item is confirmed to have arrived damaged or faulty, we will work with you to arrange an appropriate replacement or refund.
Nothing in this policy affects your legal rights as a consumer.
